-------------------------------------this is a rather poor study proving ONE divine being?
A better way is to use the term "el" which means "cardinally numerically ONE strong authority"
Does scripture say "el elohiym" ? I doubt it?
Notice these texts:-
1) Mal 2:10 ¶ Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us?
Father references as "el", ie ONE Father as Divine
Ge 14:18 ...and he was the priest of the most high God.
Father references as "el", ie ONE Father as Divine, Most High
2) Ge 17:1 ..the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God;
El Shadday and the YHWH (Jesus) walk to Abram
Ge 19:24 ¶ Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;
Two YHWH one on earth, one in heaven at same time, doing judgement together?
Ex 15:2 The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.
One YHWH is our Yashuah saviour, the other YHWH is my Father's "EL".
3) Notice family concept of elohiym
Job 40:1 ¶ Moreover the LORD (YHWH-Jesus) answered Job, and said,
2 Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty (SHADDAY-HS) instruct him? he that reproveth God (ELOAH-Father), let him answer it
R" Three functional descriptors, no mention of elohiym much in JOB.
Pr 30:4 Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind (ruwach-HS) in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
5 Every word (imrah- the Son personifying the Father) of God (eloah-Father) is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
R" Three functional descriptors, no mention of elohiym
D"YES – we all the family of God = God is the Father of all creation
R" It doesn't say humans are a family to GOD.
Eph 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named
It says the family on earth is renamed, as the Family in heaven is renamed
old name / new name
Eloah AB
SHadday Ruwach
Michael Yashuah
The functional Hebrew descriptors do not refer to individual beings.
YHWH "he who exists"
Elohiym "strong authority whose powers flow" (can refer to any strong authority claiming to have a power flow)
-----------------------------------------------------------
D"It doesn't say, - the cut down trees
R" OK what does it say than, again you are brevity.
D".....by fattening yourselves with the choicest of every offering of Israel My people?
Engineered does not fit
R" It says (I assume) the humans were eating the choicest offering, and getting fattened on the offering?
If people eat food, the cells assimilate the food, that is a term called biological engineering is it not? A special case of engineering.
D"If your god is only the engineer – Who is the Creator
R" What does creator mean to you?
Such a term implies God used matter to make with.... where is this text?
Hab 3:4 And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
Here used only once, something can forth from His hand as He spoke.
D"You claim the wood had no role in Josh 17:15
R" No I don't. my claim is they took the wood and engineered the wood into other things.
D"Ecc 1:10 Is there anything about which is said, “Look! This is new!”? It was already here long ago, in the ages long before us.
Ecc 1:11 There is no remembrance for former things, and things yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow.
I accept scripture – why do you contradict scripture?
R" You agree the torah is inspired, yet you try to make the torah suit your views....?
Try doing every line upon line for a theme, somehow you don't.... this is taken from out of context...
The passage is dealing with all things in our Creation.... "This is new" is not correct "chadesh" does not mean new, as in brand new, but renewed, as in the things before repeat themselves.
No human is able to remember the things since our Creation....
But again Brevity Dave does not discuss his verses much, and so the reader is left pondering the confusion. This is intentional on your part.
D"Why do you contradict scripture? – TIME IS NOT LINEAR
2Ki 20:10 Hezekiah answered, “It’s easy for a shadow to go forward ten steps; no, let the shadow turn back ten steps.”
2Ki 20:11 Then Isaiah the prophet cried to Adonai; and He brought the shadow ten steps backward, by which it had gone down on the sundial of Ahaz.
Isa 38:8 Behold, I will cause the shadow on the stairs, which went down with the sun on the sundial of Ahaz, to turn back ten steps.”
R" brevity Dave again, no discussion, only mock anybody who dares to question him?
This is retrograde motion of the sun relative to the earth, it does not mean the time went backwards, and so all the people on earth aged less somehow? Come on Dave, time only moves forwards. However the sun did once shine on an object (sun dial?) and the shadow went backwards, as "time still moved forwards".
However if we define a yom as the rotation of earth relative to the sun, yes I agree, the yom got less that day. Doesn't mean time went backwards, only for that day a yom was 25 hours long (10 degrees?).
D"Why are you so comfortable contradicting scripture? - Christian
R"
Ro 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned
Ro 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
NO mention of Eve here?
D"Rom 5:12 So then, just as sin came into the world through one man and death through sin, in the same way death spread to all men because all sinned.
Why are you so comfortable contradicting scripture? - Christian
R" COpy and Paste, Dave is not a discussion, it's being lazy on your part.
The verse says
"one man" no mention of the "woman" ?
D"Please educate me – what is the Australian word for sentient?
R" I did already, shows you that you do not read my posts
I quote"
Rob translates "D"BUT – this age came to an end when the first creature was created with “SOME MATTER
The word I used was "creature".
D"DUH – angels are NOT of this WORLD – they were not formed from the dust of the earth – they were created before dust even existed
Heaven is not biology
R" I see. I thought God was creating our heavens and our earth, so explain why you think that also includes creating angels?
If angels are without matter, how did human see them? how do they eat food? how do they walk like men?
Your theories are really off track.
D"DUH – the Archon were ejected from heaven to earth
R" I see. I thought God was creating our heavens and our earth, so explain why you think that also includes creating archons first for heaven, than earth?
Your theories are really off track. And be sure to add Scripture too please. I have never heard of a Creator creating for two different places at the same time? Or one purpose for another purpose.
SO I engineer a car for earth, but it can also fly like a space rocket too? You are weird?
How does this archon live and breath air with no matter in God's heaven,
assuming we know what God's place is like?

Rob post Scroeder's comments (I think)
"Looking forward from when the universe was very small – billions of times smaller – the Bible teaches that six days passed. In truth, they both are correct. – Dave adds this" (Robert claims any reference to anything other than young earth is a lie – a scientific conspiracy)
R" Dave the author here add "both are correct", so why do you bag me when, the author says "both are correct"?
D"What do you not understand – can you read English – this is your poster boy for time
Do you agree with him – or is he totally error
R" You didn't look for me, so I have to myself:
I found this"
davidmays.org/BookNotes04/SchScie.html
“Since the Bible defines a human as an animal with a neshama—the spiritual soul of humanity (Gen. 2:7)—there is no biblical problem with human-looking creatures predating Adam.” “Our global similarity indicates that we humans all have a fairly recent, common ancestor.” (117)
“[And the Eternal God] breathed into his nostrils the neshama of life and the adam became a living soul. (Gen. 2:7) ‘became a living soul’” it may be the verse is saying that it [adam] was completely living being and [by the neshama] it was changed into another man. (Nahmanides, commentary on Gen. 2:7; written in the year 1260)” (125) “Adam may have been the first hominid with a divinely created human soul.” (126) Maybe Adam had an ancestor. “According to the Bible, what makes humans unique is our neshama, our soul (Gen. 2:7), not our bodies.” (127)
R" Schroeder (being Jewish) is bound to other Jewish views, which he may or may not support?
R" there is no biblical problem with human-looking creatures predating Adam.” I would disagree with this idea.
One can have differences of opinion, you know.
I quote"
By 150,000 years ago, Neanderthal had appeared. (129) By forty thousand years ago Neanderthal had disappeared, replaced by Cro-Magnon, although they had coexisted for tens of thousands of years. About 10,000 years ago the beginning of farming occurred. By 8000 years ago pottery had been developed. All this before Adam! Cuneiform, the first form of writing, dates to the biblical time of Adam and Eve. “Theology refers to the time of Adam as the beginning of humanity. (130)
R" Strange ideas, from Schroeder I assume?
I quote "
As the Bible says: ‘For six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth [from the primordial matter created ‘in the beginning’].’” (128) “For Adam, the order was reversed. The fact that Adam was first ‘made’ (Gen 1:26) and only later ‘created’ (Gen. 1:27) informs us unequivocally that some amount of time passed during which Adam was fashioned. The neshama was implanted only after that vessel was complete.” (138) “The Bible explicitly states that the body of mankind was formed from the dust of the ground.” (139)
R" OK Dave, I am leaning on your view, Schroeder is a typical Jew with weird ideas.
From "THE SCIENCE OF GOD
The Convergence of Scientific and Biblical Wisdom
Gerald Schroeder
The Free Press, 1997, 1225 pp. ISBN 0-684-83736-6"
OK I will update my website and remove Gerald Schroeder from the works. However what he discusses about time had a beginning is OK to me. This does not mean I follow ALL of Schroeder.
Mrs White had an uncanny ability, to write only the bits she saw inspired.
Does not mean the author she copied from was totally inspired. It's a gift to select the truth from others.
We all have some truth, even you do Dave.
RP" R" I take it this word "belief" you use is "gnosis" or "daath" or some other Hebrew word.
BUT NOT AMANUAH, this word is not a part of the salvation process, to gnosis the Lord?
D" What do you mean with your gobblity gook – what word game are you playing today
R" It's no word game, I am serious.
You say all we need is "belief", what word is this you use?
Ro 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Not this word here, that word under "believe" is "amanuah".
Ro 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Not this word here, that word under "believe" is "amanuah".
Ac 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Not this word here, that word under "believe" is "amanuah".
SO I asked you what are you using for your term "belief" ?
D"What type of question is this – you deny the Baptism of the Holy Spirit
You have no gifts of the Holy Spirit in your teaching at all
R" We do not Dave, we fully expect the gifts of the HS upon baptism, which the Father gives us.
D"You only have on punishment to fit everyone equally – grave – wake up and die
R" No, the wicked are punished according to their deeds, the last to be tortured and die is the first opposer/come sinning cherub, who first sinned, the devil, satan and serpent.
D"This not a game – I have been more than patient with you - be serious or be gone
R"
Mr 9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
Even here the word "unbelief" is based on a lack of amanuah.
Ac 14:9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
Some knowledge to know about GOD is required, hence when Paul saw the man had knowledge to understand amanuah, he said to the man....
