Clairvoyance Before I go any farther here, I need to clarify my position on clairvoyance. Am I promoting fortune telling - absolutely not! However, as with all discussions a definition of terminology is required. Judaism, Christianity, and even Islam embrace prophesy. Oh - that's different - it is from God. OK, I do not disagree with that at all. Clairvoyance as a gift from God is a multicultural accepted religious phenomenon. Outside of formal religion clairvoyance has been down played as a carnival side show attraction. Religious leaders wont even consider the possibility and declare it as just bunk. However, Peter Lemesurier declares that Jean Dixon had an 85-90% success rate with her prophecies, during her time working with the FBI. Although, once all of her predictions are considered her success rate drops dramatically to just north of 50%. Although, she is most famous for predicting the death of JFK in office 5 years before he was elected as president. Some pro Edgar Cayce promoters declare his success rate at or near 90%. Nostradamus is well known and has a large following. The odds clearly suggest there is something credible about these clairvoyant fortune tellers. How can this be? The religious right will tell you that if these people were given any outside spiritual insight at all - it must be a false message from the opposition. OK - I can not refute there position - I do not disagree with their position - but as a Gnostic Christian i am not afraid to consider their predictions. WHY? Because even if their predictions are from the oppositions false message department - these messages would have to have some truth hidden within or they would turn up totally wrong all of the time. So as a Gnostic, I am not afraid to lay their future earth change predictive maps alongside FD-WEDT to see if they support or detract. The most notable of these future earth change maps are by: Edgar Cayce, Gordon Michael Scallion, Lori Tori, and an American Indian named John Running Dear.I have added from my website my own future earth change map of North America. drawn as a composite of these 4 clairvoyants. What is my point and how do I see these predictive maps as support for FD-WEDT? Two very obvious points jump out at me. The first point deals with the widening of the Mississippi River into the future Bay of Mississippi. The key word here is widening. Totally consistent with an expanding earth scenario. The second point deals with the collapse of the Colorado Plateau. If present day earth is at or near it's dynamic equilibrium. AND if (as I suggest in my theory) the Colorado Plateau rose to elevation from a huge bubble of magma underneath the Yellowstone Culdera; an eventual collapse of that bubble would drop the present day Colorado Plateau to form the predicted future Western Coastline of America. Add to that the combined effect of what ever is going to happen with California's San Andreas fault and the American West could change very much indeed. If the earth began as a tightly squeezed planetoid pangea, then allowed to decompress to equilibrium; wouldn't an eventual collapse of portions of the crust be inevitable, as the global dynamics settle into it's final dynamic equilibrium? Ponder the possibilities. - Added here are links to several future predictive maps: covertress.blogspot.com/2010/04/mitch-battros-earth-solar-changes.htmllisaintx.wordpress.com/2011/05/03/new-madrid-earthquake-could-blowing-the-levees-set-it-off/www.nhne.com/specialreports/srnhneearthchangemap.htmlwww.futurerevealed.com/maps/hazard-maps.htm sherryandrea.com/new-world-map-changes-to-the-world-map/Attachments:

Clairvoyance vs Intuitive
Interesting notion that religious prophesy is a clairvoyant event. I had not really thought alone those lines before. I see your point that language pigeonholes our semantic misunderstanding.
As far as clairvoyance goes, I think this is a very small group of people indeed. You mention only 3 - Dixon, Cayce, and Nostradamus. Yet, the internet and history has been filled with tarot card reading fortune telling astrology believing 'psychics.'
To your list of clairvoyants, I would add a few more shamans we may have never heard of. Like the Indian shamans that give us Hopi Indian Prophesy and others.
However, 99.99% of the rest are simply intuitive.
Have you ever see the television show "Psyche?" This is absolutely the perfect example of what I mean. The star of the show 'pretends' to be a psychic detective and fools everyone around him. But, in reality he has 0 psychic abilities. He is only an intuitive and if you have ever watch the show from the beginning your see that he was trained to be an intuitive by his father as a young boy.
There was an intuitive named Johnathan Edwards that had his television show a few years ago. He also claimed psychic abilities, but the only gift he had was the ability to read people and lead them on.
Remember the joke about Dionne Warwick's psychic network? If she or her staff had any psychic abilities at all, then why didn't they know they were going bankrupt?

What a great point to make about Intuitives. Thank you!

Wow! it is just great learning from Clairvoyance and future Earth Change Maps. Clairvoyance is simply a faculty of being intuitive or perceptive but not at all conclusive as nature will take its natural course.

Yet, people like Jean Dixon (>60% accuracy rate) and Edgar Cayce (85% accuracy rate in over 14000 readings)
Prove that there are some people that are gifted! Special! Believable!

I think every one has some psysic abilities. I have some. I could look at an address when my husband and I traveled a lot and know if it was an address where I would live. I would drive my husband nuts.
I could tell him when storms or other disasters were going to hit.

Edgar casey is an amazing man. I have several of his prophesies to share - and - I'll point out right now that again this man has scripture on his tombstone.
Now for some Gnostic Scripture. From: The First Book of Adam and Eve (100 BC - 200 AD Egypt)
Chapter VIII - 1 Then Adam cried and said, "O God, when we lived in the garden, and our hearts were lifted up, we saw the angels that sang praises in heaven, but now we can't see like we used to; no, when we entered the cave, all creation became hidden from us." 2 Then God the Lord said to Adam, "When you were under subjection to Me, you had a bright nature within you, and for that reason could you see things far away. But after your transgression your bright nature was withdrawn from you; and it was not left to you to see things far away, but only near at hand; after the ability of the flesh; for it is brutish." 3 When Adam and Eve had heard these words from God, they went their way; praising and worshipping Him with a sorrowful heart.
Perhaps the real truth is that we are spiritual beings trapped within the body of an animal. Some of us are just Brighter then others

If Adam and Eve has psysic powers ---then how come they could not see what the future held for them? Also the Mayans---how come they did not fortell their future and change it?

Mayan culture - My wife and I just watched so Edgar Cayce videos on YouTube. He addressed this very question by saying:
When the Mayan walked with the god's they were very advanced and spiritual in nature. After the god's left them on their own their culture began to become more and more corporeal. Over time the Mayans lost their science and understanding and resorted to behaviors at the end of their civilization like the movie"Apacolyptco" which caused their - or allowed their - demise.
Adam and Eve with psychic powers? Did I say that? - In a way I guess I did. So, how about this for an explanation:
Perhaps up until the time Eve made her decision to eat of the fruit - the future had not been written yet. Perhaps the future wasn't written until the sound of the crunch - then it was too late.
As I read the passage from "The Book of Adam and Eve," I took it to mean that Adam and Eve could once see the Angels in heaven. The creation institute in Texas also say, that Adam and Eve could see the "music" being played by the Angels.
Things a far off - far away - in heaven - in another dimension - able to see into another dimension - not necessarily the future. But that's just me - it may mean something more. We need more evidence - more ancient script - you know stuff hidden away by the Vatican.

Adam and Eve being psychic?

No--not Adam and Eve but the Mayans. If the Mayans can predict our demise then why didn't they know they were in trouble?

How about this one-
You and I both know the world is going to hell. Everyone we know knows it is going to hell. We all know its going to hell. AND - we are not even psychic.
ALL WE HAVE TO IS - STOP IT - RIGHT?
Maybe they did know. Perhaps they all knew. You can not hold back the winds of change.

Dr. Chet Snow’s 2012 Earth Changes Map In 1960, California psychologist Dr. Helen Wambach, author of Life Before Life,56 began a series of studies in hypnosis in a desire presumably to debunk reincarnation. Using over a thousand subjects, she conducted a long-term survey of past-life recalls under hypnosis. Dr. Wambach asked specific questions about past time periods in which people said they lived. She asked subjects to recall their clothing, footwear, utensils, money, and housing. Wambach believed that these people were actually having recollections and that they were often quite accurate. She wrote that "fantasy and genetic memory could not account for the patterns that emerged in the results." Surprisingly, Dr. Wambach also found that some hypnotized clients seemed to see their future lives where they lived in a devastated and depopulated Earth. Over the next few years, Dr. Wambach conducted a study of over 2000 people undergoing hypnotic future-life progression. During hypnosis, Wambach offered the participants a choice of three past time periods and two future time periods in which to enter. Of the 2,500 people in the study, six percent reported being alive in 2100 AD, and 13 percent said they were alive in the 2300 AD period. In other words, only a few of the subjects progressed to the future. Based on what people said under hypnosis, Wambach came to believe there was evidence that 95 percent of the Earth's population would be wiped out within a few generations. Concerned, Wambach asked one of her students to progress to a specific date in the late 1990s but had to rapidly bring the woman out of hypnotic trance after the woman found herself "choking to death on a big, black cloud." Wambach found predictions for the last years of the century to include severe earthquakes, a new US currency, severe weather patterns, financial crises, bank failures, an increase in volcanic activity, and the death of a large number of people. In 1999, there was supposed to be an isolated incident in which a European nuclear explosion killed many people Between 1983 and 1985, Wambach worked with Dr. Chet Snow who, after her death, published Mass Dreams of the Future, which contained the results of many future-life progressions performed in the 80's. In an interview published in the Rainbow Ark magazine,58 Snow said the massive changes in the Earth would take place. The hypnotic subjects had foreseen changes in 1996, 1998/99, and then in the years 2002, 2007 and 2012. There were some fleeting images of an Arab-Israeli war in 1996 but no details. Snow said, "With regard to atomic weapons, there will be one more atomic explosion before the end of the atomic era. This explosion will be so terrible and will shock humanity so badly that no one will dare to use that weapon again." Later, Snow described how a portion of California would slip into the sea in 1998. "The dates could change," Chet said in his book. "The left-brain linear time-dating system is the most difficult aspect of right-brain psychic predictions. However it should not be incorrect by more than a few decades." Dr. Snow describes two different regions of time on which he focussed: 2100 to 2200 AD and 2300 to 2400 AD.62 At these times, the population is only about two billion, and there seems to be four different societies. Twenty-five percent of the test group whom he progressed into the future found themselves either living on a space station orbiting Earth or on another planet. Their society was high tech and had contact with friendly extraterrestrials. Thirty-percent of the group lived on Earth in a high tech society with machines, and they lived in domes or underground. They wore jumpsuits and did not seem happy. Eighteen percent of the group were vegetarians, wore lose, flowing robes, and lived happily in harmony with nature. Twenty percent of the group lived in small rustic towns resembling villages of the 19th century. They wore jeans, boots, and tunics, raising farm animals and eating meat. A small percentage of the experimental group reported living in the ruins of major cities like New York and existing in a primitive fashion. Attachments:

NHNE Special Report The NewHeavenNewEarth Earth Changes Composite MapORIGINAL EDITION, Published January, 1995 REVISED EDITION, Published January, 1997 © Copyright 1995, 1997 by NewHeavenNewEarth In preparing our composite map, we examined eight different sources of information: "We are the Earthquake Generation" by Jeffrey Goodman, "The Survivor," published by Donovan Quarmby, "The Half Times" by Don Daughtry, "Surviving Catastrophic Changes" by G. Cope Schellhorn, "Daybreak, the Dawning Ember" by Mary Summer Rain, "Black Dawn, Bright Day" by Sun Bear and Wabun Wind, the "I Am America Map" by Lori Adaile Toye, and Gordon-Michael Scallion's "Future Map of the United States: 1998-2001." In the end, the only sources that we felt were complete and/or credible enough to report on, were the maps produced by Goodman, Scallion, and Toye. Our composite map is, therefore, based on maps produced by these three sources. Although our composite map is not an exact reproduction of these three sources, we have reproduced their maps accurately enough to show how and where their predictions complement and differ from one another. www.nhne.com/specialreports/srnhneearthchangemap.htmlAttachments:
