LOVE IT - thank you for this question - it is also at the heart of Gnosticism
All thing in creation must point back to the Creator - if it doesn't then we just don't understand it.
Science say - zillions of planets - possibly millions or billions that might support life.
Gnostic cosmology has the heavens filled with life forms - Isa 13:5
Lines of evidence - where do we see evidence of the Creator and God's plan - everywhere
I'll share with you some paranormal information.
Although, omitted from Judeo-Christian scripture, the Koran specifically says that the Djinn are the voice of fortune tellers. These psychics may believe they are in contact with departed souls - but the Koran says that they are actually speaking to Djinn who are acting as imposters.
Roger Mornou - modern day satanist says - when psychis speak to the dead - thay are actually speaking to demons acting as posers.
Both say - psychics do communicate with something or someone
Jean Dixon - psychic success rate way above 70%
Edgar Casey (I love this guy) success rate >90% with the last 10% unmeasurable
In a trance edgar Casey was asked specifically - Is Jesus Christ real - he said - of course He is real - and the service He preformed for humanity is also applies to 'other worlds'
Mormonism (I do not recognize Joseph Smith as a prophet) - The Book of Mormon speaks to the countless worlds God made besides this one and before this one.
Hebrew tradition (Zohar) says that there were many world before this one
Are we really so unique? -- NO! It is just the arrogance of man that thinks we are.
MisinformationThe Gnostic cosmology says that not only is the heaven we call deep space full of life forms (call them messengers, angels, Djinn, demons - whatever). In fact, Gnostic literature says that the Arcon that were ejected from the earth at the Flood of Noah are now occupying the 7 visible planets of our solar system.
So - everytime I hear anyone say - "If science discovers life (bacteria - or anything) on another planet, then all the theologians would have to readdress their theologies. Implying that if we find life somewhere - then scripture is incorrect. Every time I hear this I just smile because Gnostic cosmology has more life other locations than NASA can shake a stick at.
